When I bought one of these to test I figured it was
a fifty/fifty chance they worked like the manufacturer was telling
me they would- in this business you have to be sceptical because
everything is so new.
I sent the chip to one of our testers up in
Vancouver, BC, to try out, as he had already been getting
spectacular results with just the EFIE.
Bottom line: With just the EFIE and our Dynamic
Dual 772 HHO Generator, he went from 22 mpg to 36.6 mpg. By
switching out the mileage chip for the EFIE: He went from 22
mpg to almost 41 mpg, an 85% increase in mileage, and an
extra 4 mpg for doing nothing but hooking up the mileage chip -
that's FREE gas!
Another nice side effect: He reported that the car

So HOW Does it
Work?
The Mileage Chip is NOT
just a couple of pre-programmed chips with a generic
setting for HHO gas.
It is a what is referred to as a
Dynamic Soft-Flash Performance/Fuel Chip. What that means is
that it works by actively and dynamically changing the values
on your car's ECU. As the engine changes (like going up a hill
or travelling at highway speeds), so do the values the chip
feeds through to your car's computer.
Each chip comes
individually pre-programmed with a set of parameters for your
individual car, truck, or SUV.
As your HHO Generator injects HHO
gas into the engine, the chip reads all the factory settings
for your car, and adjusts them for the new hybrid fuel, so
your car runs perfectly balanced- giving you the potential to
unleash your engine's full mileage ability.
Why is it Better
Than an EFIE?
The EFIE works well in adjusting
the main sensor that affects HHO generator kits- the O2
sensor. However, some people have trouble getting good results
with their HHO kit, even with an EFIE, and have to add another
sensor enhancer for the MAP/MAF sensors, even then they don't
get the results they'd like.
Some of the Auto Manufacturers
decided they didn't like the engine adjusting fuel/air ratio
using just the O2 sensors, and so they started using a more
complete picture (called a 3D Engine Map) which draws from
many pieces of information. Most of the time, the O2 sensors
will override some of the other input, but sometimes, the
gains in the system start dropping off after a few weeks, and
this is due to the ECU of the car compensating for the offset
of the O2 using an EFIE.
The
Mileage Chip Advantage - Like a Referee
The only way you can prevent the
engine ECU from overriding the O2 sensor enhancement, is to
deal with the entire 3D engine map. The mileage chip actively
reads the whole map that the car computer reads - the Throttle
Position, Engine Vacuum, MAP/MAF sensors, Temperatures, O2
sensors (ALL of them), etc. Then the mileage chip acts like a
referee between the HHO Generator and the engine computer, so
that the additional HHO gas doesn't trigger a fault, while
actively and aggressively leaning out the parameters for
optimum mileage and horsepower.
The engine cannot compensate,
because as far as it knows- EVERYTHING is just wonderful,
because all it looks at is the referee...
