What about diesels?
Hydrogen Generators For Gas & Diesel Hydrogen Injection
Our hydrogen generator uses electrolysis to break apart water into hydrogen and oxygen molecules to form Brown's gas. Hydrogen can be injected into diesel engines and used as an additive to assist in combustion efficiency which provides a more complete and earlier burn which drives more power on the downward stroke. This increases horse power and torque, dramatically reduces greenhouse emissions and at the same time increases fuel economy.
With our release of the Gas and Diesel Hydrogen Injection system, we are able to effectively compete with propane injection which has gained in popularity over the years. Using our hydrogen generator requires distilled water to operate which is widely available and incredibly affordable. A gallon of distilled water for a couple of dollars will last you approximately 3,000 miles.
Many hydrogen injection companies are charging up to $15,000 per installation and they produce less than 1 liter a minute (LPM) of gas. Our systems can produce up to 2 LPM and they sell for around $1,000. We have larger systems that produce around 7 LPM and these are under $7,000, suitable for large trucks/road trains.
The success or failure of your hydrogen injection system relies heavily on the hydrogen generator itself.

How does this reduce emissions?
Diesel Hydrogen Injection is the only known technology to significantly reduce emissions without a fuel penalty.
Diesel Hydrogen Injection offers a more complete burn of the fuel load. A majority of the emissions are unspent fuel. Since more of the fuel is combusted, there are fewer emissions. The table below shows the approximate amount of emission reduction you can expect by fitting one of our kits.
| Emission |
Percent Reduction |
| NOx |
Up to 60% |
| Carbon Monoxide (CO) |
Up to 100% |
| Hydrocarbons (HC) |
Up to 100% |
